Founder Brent Mills has spent seventeen years in production engineering, from early-stage startups through Wayfair’s ~4,000-engineer organization. He led platform and SRE teams of up to 32 engineers at Wayfair, restored Nursa’s application uptime from 84% to 99.97%, and stood up the SRE function at IBM Resilient across HIPAA, ISO 27001, and GDPR regulated environments.
The work is consistent: we enter an organization with fragile or missing systems, diagnose the architectural and operational weak points, and build them into scalable, maintainable platforms, increasingly with AI and agentic systems at the core.
